Over the past year, Hannah Lin has been studying at RMIT University in Australia in the Master's program in Animation, Games, and Interactivity. It was during this time that she found inspiration in an environment that put a strong emphasis on practice-based research. Through the use of mixed media, she created a series of experimental animations, effectively utilizing her visual design skills. As part of her professional development, she has been involved in a number of collaboration projects, including those involving Augmented Reality (AR) and gaming. Through the internship project with Human Elephant Learning Programs (H-ELP), Hannah gained a deeper understanding of how animation media can convey information as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a cross-industry setting. As part of her future plans, she intends to explore further the visual expression and hybrid styles of animation, in order to contribute to the development of the industry with her knowledge and passion.
